Catie helped me craft and implement a fitness regimen that addressed my very specific needs and catered to a shoulder injury. Her expertise has helped me add mobility and lean muscle while strengthening the areas needed to properly support my injured shoulder. I could not be more pleased with the results.
Catie is one of the best. As a trainer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about form and technique. She makes suggestions and tweaks so that I get the most out of my workout. I love that she really takes the time to get to know my strengths and weaknesses and makes adjustments accordingly, so I can continually improve and get stronger. I have exercised regularly for most of my adult life, and through working with Catie, I have become stronger and more fit than ever before–and I just turned 50!
As a massage therapist, she really knows how to find the problem spots and work through them with just the right pressure and attention. I really appreciate that she takes the time to listen carefully to what I have to say. I prefer deep tissue massage that really works out the kinks, and with Catie I get the perfect combination of intensity and relaxation. I always feel fantastic after a massage with her!

I started personal training around eight years ago to help prevent injury, build good mobility habits, and increase my athletic performance. Around a year and half ago, my long-time trainer moved, so I began training with Catie. I could immediately tell that Catie had exceptional knowledge of the human body and the way in which people are meant to move. She is attentive to every client during their workouts to ensure correct movement patterns. In fact, I have been training with Catie on more than one occasion, when she will ask me about a particular muscle because she notices an imbalance or altered movement pattern. Her ability to notice these subtleties of movement have kept me injury free while also increasing my overall range of motion. Additionally, Catie always pushes me to advance in my workouts. She has helped me fine tune my form for lifting over the past year, and I am lifting heavier than ever. Her guidance has not only helped me with injury prevention, mobility, and increased strength, but I also saw gains in muscle mass with a decrease in body fat. Catie motivates me in and outside the gym by helping me to set realistic goals for my lifestyle, and I feel fortunate to share both my struggles and successes with someone who truly cares about my health and well-being!
I recently made the mistake of joining a CrossFit gym and decided I want to run a Marathon or two. As you can imagine along with that comes some injuries… Every time I am in need of some bodywork, guidance, and better technique Catie is there to help me through it.
