Personal Training

Personal training is more than having someone to write a workout for you. When you work with me, you are ensured a safe, efficient and effective workout, every time. 

I recommend personal training for individuals that have chronic pain, are looking for accountability and motivation to stay disciplined, or those that want to incorporate strength trainig back into their lives after time off. 

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a wonderful tool to incorporate into your self care routine, or use to relieve aches and pains, however, the effects often do not last more than a few days.

When paired with mobility work and simple strengthening exercises, I believe massage therapy can be used as a sustainable way to  manage stress, decrease pain and recover from exercise or physical acitivity.
